DNL Canada Shipping and Returns
All orders within Canada shipped by Canada Post will include a tracking number. Your tracking number is available from DNL Canada after your order has been shipped.
Packages being sent to non-courier Canadian locations and the United States will be shipped by Canada Post/US Mail, which will also include a tracking number.
All orders are shipped out within 3 business days from the date your order was placed.
If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back-order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out and you may choose the following:
Hold your order and ship once missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).
CANADA & UNITED STATES
UPS or Canada Post Parcel (to non-couriered zones) – DNL Canada is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. So, depending on what Province/State and city you are in, shipping takes between 1-5 business days in Canada and 7-9 business days to the US.
British Columbia 3-5 business days

Orders over $50 (before taxes) are shipped free by Canada Post Parcel.
Orders below $50 are shipped by Canada Post Parcel for a flat rate charge
Orders over $100 CDN (before taxes) receive FREE Canada Post Parcel Shipping.
Orders below $100 CDN are shipped Canada Post Parcel for a flat rate charge.
We welcome orders from anywhere. Once your order is complete, we will contact you via email with the different shipping options and prices. International customers can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. International orders are not insured due to different Custom regulations and laws. Parcels will be adequately prepared to withstand normal international handling.
What is our Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase once receiving the shipment, we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 20 days of the sale date and issue a refund for the unsuitable products.
How to Return a Product?
To return any item, simply contact our Customer Care Center via the Contact Us page. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which you will attach to the box before you ship it. Returns sent to DNL Canada without a RAN will not be authorized and refused. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund for the unsuitable product.
How do I Pack and Send my Return?
The box the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate. Simply write the Return Authorization Number you have been provided clearly on the outside of the box. Determine what shipping method you want to use. Charges for return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
